Our School

Fred's Threads is having a sale of summer clothing and other items. For those of you who are not familiar with it, Fred's is a "nearly new" store located on the first floor at Fellowes, and open at lunch. We have new sale prices, and donations come from a wide variety of sources, between local stores and online purchases, so no one is likely to know you bought it from Fred"s.
We are always looking for donations, and for every 6 nearly new items donated, you can choose one for free! We really need more clothing for males, and donations of formal wear, especially at this time of year, with students needing prom dresses and suits. If you have /or know someone who has " outgrown" clothing, or just never wants to wear it again, there may be a student in need who would be thrilled with it. Donations can be dropped off at Fred's at lunch, or in 381.
Proceeds go back into the school to help students in need, and with grad so close, the bursary from staff is a good cause.

About FHS

Our school, comprised of approximately 700 students and 55 staff, is located in Pembroke, Ontario. Many staff members and parents attended FHS as students themselves so their commitment to the school runs deep. Staff members choose to work here and parents encourage their children to attend FHS because they value the variety of extracurricular and academic programs we offer, and the community-minded environment that makes FHS a great place in which to learn and develop. We are thankful to the many parents and community members who attend our tournaments and events, and support our graduation award program.
