Graduation Awards

Fellowes High School graduation awards are made possible through the continued support and interest of individuals, organizations, businesses and industries in our community. They contribute to our awards program on a continual basis.

All awards must be applied for on the general application form. Some awards require special application forms as well. To apply for the 2017-2018 academic year, please fill out this form.

All general and special grad award application forms must be completed and received by Student Services by May 1st, 2018.

Any student who has applied using the general application form will be considered for awards at gradutation.  Students may only be considered for awards in the year they participate in the graduation ceremony.  Unfortunately, students that do not fill in the form before May 1st, 2018 will not be considered for awards.

Fellowes High School has a vast array of awards to provide for our students.  Our awards range from languages and social science, to math and science, to community and school involvement, to spirit and well-being.

Honour Roll Certificate

FHS presents honour roll certificates for students in Grades 9 to 11 who achieve Level 4 (an academic average of 80% or higher) in multiple courses. The certificates are presented in the fall of the following academic year. Certificates can be:

• Gold - student achieves an honours standing in 6 out of 8 courses
• Silver - student achieves an honours standing in 5 out of 8 courses
• Bronze - student achieves an honours standing in 4 out of 8 courses
